How can Albert Cervera help you?
Albert is our subject librarian for Economics and Business. His responsibilities include supporting teaching staff in the selection and management of learning resources: answering their queries and doubts and suggesting materials that may be of use in their courses.
He is also responsible for providing authors with the guidelines necessary for creating new learning resources for the UOC's classrooms. This helps guarantee that the new materials meet the University's quality standards and properly reflect social diversity.
Like his other colleagues at the Library, he also attends to your queries through The Library Replies service and prepares dossiers with useful resources to help you develop a particular argument.
Education and professional career
He holds official llicenciatura degrees in Language and Literature from the University of Barcelona (UB) and Information Science from the UOC.
His work experience in the field of documentation and information is focused on university libraries: he initially worked in Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and later he joined the UOC team.
